Memories of the Jedi

I'm sure we all remember the fun we had with the Jedi and the red toyota. (Well, I don't because I didn't even have a car, I rode the bus everyday). We bought this old Honda Civic that has 300,000 miles on it. It is a standard. Bill thought it would be good to have the boys learn how to drive stick shift. I look at it and wonder just what adventures it will have. As a mother, I probably don't want to know! Jessica dies of embarrassment every time I drive her to school in it, but with gas at almost $3 a gallon, I really don't care. I think it would be fun to hear about some of the adventures you guys had in the Jedi. Have a great day.

Where do I begin. One memory of the Jedi would have to be Katie wondering why it would not start one day. To her amazement all that it required was a little gas once in a while. I don't have to many memories of the Jedi but stories are endless with the red Toyota!

I think it looks like a great car. (And what pretty green yards in the background). I'm sure Dave has lots of memories of the Jedi and red Toyota, I'll make him type some on here. And I wanted to say Congrats on being a blogger! And we loved Michael's graduation announcement! Hard to believe he's really graduating. Can he be that old!? Oh, and did you know Jim and Marilyn Gee will be Mission Presidents in Oklahoma City? I told them you lived in Edmond and Marilyn was so happy she will know someone there - I didn't know you took piano from her for years! They come in July, hopefully you'll see them sometime. Anyway, great blog!

My wife is making me comment. Thanks for your example Dan. Now she thinks all the men in the family are going to respond.
I remember Katie sneeking out at 2 in the morning and she couldn't get the Jedi into first gear so she drove it in reverse all the way to the top of the lane. There's your memory Debbie.
